By buying from Solstynix, a Hong Kong-based seller of cryptocurrency mining machines, you agree to the terms and conditions stated here. The terms of this document govern your use of our services and products and set out the relationship between you, the customer, and Solstynix. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms without limitation or qualification by completing a transaction.
Solstynix only delivers products within Hong Kong. We don't have an international delivery service. All the orders will be processed and delivered to a valid address within Hong Kong. All attempts to order for delivery outside Hong Kong will be rejected. We cannot guarantee the estimated time of delivery, but delivery might take more time due to various factors. We cannot be responsible for delays arising from factors outside our control.
We accept payments solely via cash on delivery. Upon receiving the order, the full payment must be made in cash to the delivery personnel. No other payment methods, such as credit cards, online transfers, or checks, are accepted at this time. Failure to provide the full payment at delivery will result in the cancellation of your order. All prices displayed on our website or any promotional materials are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We shall give notice of change in products' availability, but products' availability can be altered at any time without prior notice. Though we are putting in our maximum effort to describe our products and give correct pricing information, mistakes are possible and Solstynix reserves its rights to rectify those mistakes or errors in respect of price discrepancies as well and can cancel or reject the order placed with such wrong price. In case of cancellation because of the price mistake already paid cash shall be fully refunded.

All information collected during transactions is only used to complete orders and give customer support. Purchases from Solstynix are considered as acceptance of these limited uses of your data.

Customers will be liable for checking whether purchased products match their requirements and correspond to the relevant local authorities' standards. Our responsibility is only for the purchased product amount, but this does not cover damages arising from its misuse or mishandling.
Our products are tested for quality assurance before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within seven days of receiving the product. We will replace or refund the product after verifying the defect. Products that have signs of misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs will not be covered under warranty.
