Return Policy

1. Who is Eligible for Returns:

  • Products sold can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • The product should be in its original state with no use and in its packaging, along with all the included accessories and documentation should be there.
  • Returns are only acceptable if the product has never been used or activated at all.

2. Return Procedure:

  • To return a product, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • After getting the RAN, return the product within 7 days.

Refund Policy

1.Eligibility for Refund:

  • A refund will be issued only if the return conditions are satisfied and the product is returned in its original, unused state.
  • Within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned item and determining that it meets the return conditions, we will process a refund.
  • The refund will be credited to your bank account.

2. Partial Refunds:

If the returned item indicates signs of use or damage that were not there when it was shipped, a partial refund may be issued. The amount will be determined by the condition of the returned product.

3. Refund Denials:

Refund requests will be denied if the product is returned after the 30-day return period, has been used or activated, or does not meet our return requirements.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

You can return your order within 24 hours of making it, by contacting our customer service at [email protected]. Orders that are shipped cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom crypto mining hardware and any opened or used products are non-returnable once the order is completed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available now. If you want to exchange an item, you will have to send back the original product and order a new one.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with pictures of the damage. We will replace the product or provide a full refund upon your preference. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by Solstynix.
